Is this for businesses or agencies?
Both. Use VZYN Labs to organize marketing for your own business, or manage separate client brands as an agency. Choose a plan based on the number of brands you need.
Does a subscription include a marketing team?
Plans provide access to the VZYN Labs software. Guided onboarding and any managed marketing services are scoped and billed separately. Contact us to discuss the support you need.
What happens after I sign up?
Choose a plan and complete secure checkout. After successful payment, you receive an email invitation to set up your password and access your workspace. From there, add your brands and begin building their context.
What are Iris and Mia?
Iris is the shared brand intelligence behind your strategy and content. Mia is the AI assistant in the customer portal, helping clients explore their plan, review work and request changes.
Does AI publish everything automatically?
Your workflow and connected channels determine what can be delivered or published. Review AI output before use, configure approvals for client work, and connect the accounts each workflow needs.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is one business you market — its own voice, audience and goals. Each plan includes a set number of brands, and every brand gets its own Iris brand intelligence and outputs.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and give you two months free compared with paying monthly — around 17% off. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing portal.
What is the refund policy?
Every plan comes with a 14-day refund guarantee. If VZYN Labs is not the right fit in your first two weeks, we refund your first payment.
Can I change plans later?
You can manage your subscription through the billing portal. Review the effective date and any charges shown before confirming a change. Cancellation preserves access until the end of your paid period.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes. We offer guided onboarding to set up your Iris brand intelligence and first plan. Onboarding is billed separately from your subscription.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead of a trial to manage, you get the full system from day one, backed by the 14-day refund guarantee.
