VZYN Labs · Mx4 Marketing LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
1. Who we are
Mx4 Marketing LLC operates VZYN Labs, including our website at vzyn.ai and application at app.vzyn.ai. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain information in connection with those services.
Contact us at hello@vzynlabs.com or Mx4 Marketing LLC, 14104 Nighthawk Terrace, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, United States.
Businesses and agencies using VZYN Labs are responsible for the information they provide about their customers and for their own privacy notices and permissions. We process customer workspace content to provide services to those businesses. If your information was supplied by one of our customers, you can contact that business directly; we can also help route your request.
2. Information we collect and receive
- Account and business information: names, contact details, account identifiers, organization details, roles, customer records and subscription information.
- Workspace content: brand and strategy documents, instructions, messages, uploaded materials, meeting transcripts where enabled, marketing drafts, approvals and feedback.
- Billing records: transaction identifiers, subscription status and billing-contact information. US software payments are processed through Stripe checkout. Payment-card information is provided to the payment processor.
- Service activity: request information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, authentication events, error records and operational logs.
- Connected-service information: authorized resource identifiers, access credentials or tokens, and information retrieved for enabled integrations.
We receive information from you, authorized workspace users, service interactions, and providers you authorize. Information publicly available through research services may also be used to produce requested marketing research.
3. Connected Google services
Google connections are optional. Permissions shown during authorization and resources selected in VZYN determine which information a feature can access.
Google Analytics information can include account/property identifiers and aggregate traffic, acquisition, engagement and conversion reports. Search Console information can include property identifiers, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions and positions. Google Ads information can include account identifiers, manager relationships, campaign and search-term performance, spend and conversion metrics. Authorization tokens maintain the connection until it expires, is disconnected or is revoked.
The current direct Google Ads integration uses reporting operations. Google's available Ads permission can permit broader account management and is not a Google-enforced read-only permission.
Google Docs and Drive exports, where enabled through Composio, require a separate connection and can create or update documents in selected locations. Connecting Analytics, Search Console or Ads does not by itself authorize Docs or Drive access.
4. Why we use information
We use information to provide and administer accounts, organize brand and customer workspaces, retrieve selected performance data, generate requested marketing content and analysis, support collaboration, administer payments, provide support, investigate errors or abuse, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
Connected data is used for the associated reporting, analysis or other authorized features. Marketing communications, if offered, include an applicable way to opt out; essential account, security and billing messages may still be sent.
5. AI-assisted processing
Features such as drafting, strategy generation and reporting may send relevant instructions, workspace content and selected connected data to AI service providers. The application uses Anthropic for AI processing; other providers may support specific enabled features.
VZYN does not use your private workspace content or Google user data to train generalized AI models. We use provider services subject to applicable commercial agreements and data-use restrictions. We do not authorize providers to use Google data for generalized-model training. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share, and review generated output before use.
6. Google API data commitments
VZYN Labs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We limit Google-data processing to permitted, authorized user-facing features. We do not sell Google user data, provide it to data brokers, use it for advertising or use it to train generalized AI models. These restrictions also apply to data derived from Google information.
Transfers and human access are limited to the purposes and exceptions permitted by Google's policy. These include appropriately authorized service delivery, necessary security investigation and applicable legal requirements. A business transfer involving Google data is subject to Google's consent and other requirements. Our service providers must follow the restrictions that apply to the information they receive.
7. Disclosure and service providers
Authorized workspace members and customer users can access information according to permissions and your sharing choices. We use providers for hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, communications, billing and integrations. Providers identified in the current implementation include Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Composio, Stripe and Resend. Other providers may process information for optional meeting, research, media or publishing features.
We share information needed for the provider's function, not every category with every provider. Third-party services you connect also operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Ask us for information about providers relevant to your enabled features.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud or secure the service. Information may be involved in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer subject to applicable law, notice and any required consent, including Google's restrictions.
8. Cookies, storage and processing locations
The application uses cookies or similar storage for authentication, session continuity, security and settings. The reviewed marketing-site implementation does not include a dedicated advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting services may still process request and diagnostic information. We will update disclosures and obtain choices required by applicable law before introducing optional tracking that requires them.
Browser controls can restrict cookies and local storage, but disabling essential storage may affect sign-in and functionality. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable legal requirements and contractual safeguards govern those arrangements. Contact us for details relevant to your account.
9. Retention, disconnection and deletion
We retain information while needed for the purposes described in this policy, including delivering an active service, following customer instructions, resolving disputes, protecting security and meeting legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the information, account status, enabled feature, provider system and applicable requirement. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Subscription cancellation stops renewal; it does not itself request deletion. Disconnecting an integration and deleting historical information are also separate actions. Reports, metrics and generated content can remain after disconnection. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections.
To request account closure, deletion or an explanation of retained information, email hello@vzynlabs.com. We verify identity and authority, assess the request and respond within applicable legal timeframes. We explain applicable exceptions. Backup copies may persist until scheduled expiration and are restricted from ordinary use; deleting active data does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately.
10. Security
We use authentication, permissions and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Google connections use OAuth, so you do not provide VZYN with your Google password. Stored agency integration credentials use application-layer encryption. No system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
11. Privacy requests and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Request assistance at hello@vzynlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority; never send passwords, access tokens or full payment-card information.
Where we process information for an agency or other business customer, we may refer the request to that customer and assist with its instructions. You may also have a right to contact your local privacy regulator. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives you.
12. Business users and policy updates
VZYN is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
We will update this policy and its effective date when practices change. We will provide notice and obtain consent where required before materially changing the use of information, including new uses of Google data. Contact Mx4 Marketing LLC at the address or email above with questions.
